This play space was built on a rooftop podium in a new residential development next to Wembley Stadium. It was designed by LDA Design and consists of a maze and climbable seating constructed of a series of boxes of varying heights.
Both are made from naturally durable oak beams. The structures are secured to the podium slab using steel footings fixed with Hilti resin anchors. The steel footings were installed on thermal pads before being waterproofed.
