Working in close collaboration with HTFC Planning and Design, our team set out to reimagine off-the-shelf playground equipment with a focus on durability—modifying it to guarantee a lifespan of at least 20 years. This strategic approach ensures that every element not only stands up to the rigors of daily use but also evolves gracefully with the community over time.
Embedded within the vibrant fabric of the Refinery District, our playground is a natural extension of the development’s live & work ethos. Seamlessly integrated into this 102-acre mixed-use hub, the play space serves as a dynamic gathering point for families, residents, and visitors alike. Its thoughtful design complements the district’s modern aesthetic while reinforcing a commitment to sustainability and long-term quality.
