Erect Architecture developed the play scheme for Alexandra Road Park. The created a concept design and model for this steel and timber play structure based on a series of isosceles triangles. Duncan & Grove created a 3D model that was revised with the steel fabricators, the project engineer and the play safety inspector. The structure was then fabricated off site, powder coated and lifted into play using a crane. Timber elements, nets and slides were installed.
