Our outdoor pull up bars tiered consist of two tiered bays, each having a stainless-steel tube supported by two natural hardwood uprights. Pull ups are a great exercise that work numerous muscles. Your chest, back, neck, shoulders and arms get a full work out as you are attempting to pull your body weight up repeatedly.
