The quoted price does not include the cost of an independent play inspection.<\/span><\/p>

If an independent play inspection is required, it will be charged as an additional cost.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Lead Times and Delivery Dates<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Any lead times or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not binding.<\/p>

Duncan & Grove does not accept any liability for liquidated damages, fees related to late delivery\/completion, or any other damages due to delays.<\/p>

Delivery obligations will be suspended if Duncan & Grove is unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control or if the customer is in breach of these terms. Since equipment is made to order, refunds are not available.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. Reporting Missing or Damaged Items<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Missing or damaged items must be reported directly to Duncan & Grove within 7 days of delivery.<\/span><\/p>

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in additional charges.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9. Stainless Steel Specifications<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

All stainless steel is quoted as 304 stainless unless otherwise specified.<\/p>

For projects located near the sea, 316 stainless steel is recommended due to its superior resistance to marine environments.<\/p>

It is the buyer\u2019s responsibility to specify 316 stainless steel if required.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

10. Quote Accuracy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the items on the quote are correct. Once an order is placed for made-to-order equipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.<\/p>

If you are unsure or have questions about the quote, please speak with a Duncan & Grove representative before placing an order.<\/p>
